We take the intention of "city" in Chinese tradition as the design inspiration and the traditional Chinese layout as the soul of the plan to create the final result of "one axis, two rings and multiple cores". On one axis, we are located in the center of the south to north of the community. The main axis of the center is composed of the sculpture square in the lobby of the community -- a central lake scene-fountain square in the pro-level platform -- the square behind the community.
Meanwhile, the central residence is also arranged symmetrically along the main axis, and organically combined with the landscape, forming a spatial layout with extremely classical features of northern China's royal family. The overall effect is noble, elegant, open and atmospheric, with extremely spatial stratification and identification.
Double ring, according to the product positioning, we arrange the product of small area section in the outer ring of the land in the form of high-rise, with the intention of "mountain" to form a sense of encirclement around the city, and the product of large area section is placed in the inner ring of the land center in the form of 11 floors of garden houses, living near the water and living with the scenery, so as to reflect its noble status.

In terms of the green design, we use the design method combining traditional Chinese core and modern simple style to create a micro-topographic classical garden with winding roads, walking and moving scenery. At the same time, each group strives to form its own temperament and theme in landscape allocation and tree species selection, and creates its own unique identification and household belonging by taking the traditional four gentlemen "mei LAN zhu ju" as the motif.
The kindergarten is designed in the southwest corner of the land, close to the urban green belt, easy to use, and enjoys excellent landscape and sunshine conditions.
